Antique Quilt in a Quilt - Cutter?

Every once in a while we come across a quilt that has been made to cover an older quilt. We will leave the picking up to you if you decide to look for the quilt underneath! This old quilt is not in great shape and could be a fun cutter - who knows, maybe you will find something beautiful underneath this quilt. There is damage on many of the blocks and the binding.
