Weaving Needles

A beautiful, hand-carved weaving needle.

Needles such as these were (and still are) one of the primary tools of Navajo textile weaving used by Navajo weavers to help weave  the weft fibers across the warp.

Handmade with Navajo woods such as Osage, Shrub Oak, Holly and Juniper, Cherry Oak , Walnut or Hickory.

Three styles:

Needle A   9 1/2" long/big eye

Needle B    8" long/medium eye

Needle C     5" long/medium eye
