Antique Folies Bergère Souvenir Fan

I bought this antique fan at a brocante in France and the seller told me it was his great-grandmothers and she had received it when she went to the Folies Bergère in Paris (circa 1890's - 1910's). These fans were often given out or could be purchased as souvenirs at the promenade bar to help people keep cool during long, crowded spectacles. It is signed by both the artist on the front, E. Kahemy, and the maker, Geslin, on the back.

This fan definitely shows its' age throughout - but is still in wonderful condition.
