Antique Grandmother's Fan Quilt

This antique Grandmother's Fan Quilt was a very popular design in the 1920's and 1930's. The fan blocks in the quilt use a variety of small pastel calico, gingham and floral prints - some feedsack fabrics as well. - all hand-pieced and hand-quilted. All hand-pieced and hand-quilted with a hand-sewn blue binding. This is a beautiful quilt - very thin - with age spots on front and back which should come out with a good soaking.
