Workshop and Event Policy Details
French General France Getaway Retreat
The $750 initial deposit for the France Getaway is non-refundable and no credit will be given for this deposit if you cancel your registration.
If you must cancel your reservation for the France Getaway, please note there are no refunds, including the $750 deposit, once your credit card has been charged in January 2024.

French General Live Zoom and Pre-Recorded Workshops
When you sign up for a virtual workshop with French General you will receive a kit in the mail and a link to the workshop through your email.
There are no refunds or cancellations for our virtual workshops as we make and ship kits based on student count.
We record all of our online workshops, however, there is always the chance of the internet failing during a recording, or a missed workshop. There are no refunds if you have signed up for an online workshop, are unable to attend, and we are unable to send you the recording, due to internet failure or interruption.

French General In-Person Workshops
Workshop/Event Terms: By signing up for a workshop or event or attending a function at French General, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. You do hereby release French General or any person or persons acting on its behalf from liability for any bodily injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of any personal articles while on the premises or while participating in any activity sponsored by French General.
Workshop Etiquette: All scheduled classes and workshops start and end on time. Please be prompt in your arrival and departure. Arriving 30 minutes late to a class counts as a no-show, and no make up class will be offered.
Workshop Credit Policy: French General reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment, unforeseen teacher conflicts, or extreme circumstances not under our control. There are no refunds, although we will issue a credit for a future workshop.
Workshop Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds given if you cannot attend a workshop/event you have signed up for - please keep this in mind when booking a workshop.
Please Remember: French General doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of any workshop/event - there are no exceptions.
There is plenty of street parking on Riverside Drive - please do not park on either side of the French General building.
If Traveling From Out of Town:
French General is located 15 minutes south of the Bob Hope/Burbank Airport in Burbank. If taking a ride share to the shop, please be sure to put in our address AND zip code as there is a building in Toluca Lake with the same address.
